your instructions. Calls can also be transferred to your home, mobile or
Mail and deliveries can be held for your collection.
Our professionally trained reception staff are available to assist with your
administrative duties, allowing you time to focus on other areas of growth
building within your business.
Our prompt and efficient attitude to you our client, is undertaken in a
professional manner to ensure that all your needs are met. Some of the duties of
our reception include the following:
· Attending to your reception needs from 8.00am to 5.15pm , Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
· Answering calls professionally in your company name
· Alerting you to the arrival of visitors and offering tea and coffee facilities until such time as you are available
· Accepting deliveries on behalf of your company
· Screening unwanted solicitation
The staff at Kentlen Executive Centre are experienced in various computer
programs with specialised skills in the presentation of work. Our secretarial
services are charged in five minute intervals and charges will only apply for
the actual time taken to complete the task.
Our reception staff is also available to complete other duties such as
photocopying, mail-outs, filing and other office duties required by the tenants
of the Kentlen Executive Centre.
There are times that you need extra room to hold regular meetings, conferences
and lectures. The Kentlen Executive Centre has a spacious executive boardroom
that can be hired on your behalf.
The facilities of this room consist of television, video, white board and
comfortable seating for 10 people. Catering is also offered for your function
with a selective and competitively priced menu. The hiring of visual aids can
also be organised for you at your expense.
Boardroom hire is charged on an hourly basis. Half and full day rates can be
applied to meet your requirements.
